This training program includes class discussion, a brief theory presentation, group and individual exercises and simulations through which participants will learn how to:

  • Understand resistance to change and how to deal with it
  • Identify predictable phases of change
  • Understand how change affects individuals and those around them
  • Put a plan together to manage organizational and personal change
