Why is Emotional Intelligence a key competency? Several studies have shown that there is correlation between emotional intelligence and increased performance and productivity, higher retention rates and accelerated revenue growth.
Emotional Intelligence participants will assess their personal strengths in this area and identify potential areas for development, such as interpersonal communication or group dynamics. The program also focuses on the development of empathy, perhaps the most important interpersonal capacity of the emotionally intelligent person.
This program emphasizes activities and simulations and includes a series of brief theory presentations and class discussions that will help participants:
